After 3 years of being together, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo finally call it quits and break up. There have been rumors around the web earlier that the two had already broken up but was denied by Minillo early this month through People Magazine.Vanessa Minillo's rep told People.com: "They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another".
Good luck to the both of them, they did look good together. Reports say Lachey and Minillo are still friends though.
